CONCEPT:
The "Rising Stars" jazz circuit is a pool of European Top Clubs in which each of the participating clubs has committed itself to present on a special day - once a month - one artist of the "New Generation" of jazz. With this collaboration the clubs intend to support young artists to present their music to audiences around Europe and help them establish their names on the European Jazz circuit.
