3, 2004 e.s.t.'s Esbjorn Svensson, Dan Berglund and Magnus Ostrom received the very prestigous EUROPEAN JAZZ AWARD
during a ceremony in Vienna
21 jazz industry professionals
from 21 European countries have made their choice of the European
Artist of the Year, and their choice documents the tremendous success
e.s.t. has had over the past three years.
And in just a short time - exactly on January 24, 2005 - their new album "VIATICUM"
(ACT) will be available in shops all over Europe.
Viaticum" once again shows "the trio of the decade"
(London Times) in incredible shape, performing original music in
their unique and celebrated style that makes them so much
different from anything else.
Viaticum means the provisions that you take on a journey and
e.s.t.´s journey will continue from March 8, 2005 onwards with a 9 months world tour with concerts in Europe,

Viktoria
Tolstoy
The Swedish singer Viktoria Tolstoy, who entered the Pop Album charts in her home country
Sweden in the upper 20ies with her latest release "Shining on You"
(ACT) has just finalized the work on her next album "My
Swedish Heart", which will be released on April 24, 2005. All the music
for the new album has been composed by Swedish composers, e.g. Esbjörn Svensson,
Jan Johansson, Lars Danielson, Jacob Karlzon and many more. Like
on "Shining on You" Per Holknet wrote the lyriks to the
songs.
From mid-April onward Viktoria will tour in Europe and Canada with
her quartet to promote the new album.
James
Morrison James Morrison will be over in Europe a few times
during 2005 mainly for performances with local
bigbands, brassbands or symphony orchestras. His new band "ON
THE EDGE" - a cooperation with the German keyboard-player Simon
Stockhausen - has been touring very successfully in Australia in
autumn 2004 and James intends to bring the band back on tour in
Europe between April 15 and May 15, 2006.
In the meantime James is working on a new Symphony Orchestra
programme and album, which will be available in the rest of the
world from spring 2006 onwards.

Dee
Dee Bridgewater
Dee Dee Bridgewater will release her long awaited next album in
late February. The album is titled "J'AI DEUX AMOURS"
and documents Dee Dee´s second big love: France, the country that
became her second home outside of the USA. On the album as well as
during the tour - that will start in March 2005 - Dee Dee will
interpret songs from the "French Songbook" made well-known
throughout the world by outstanding artists such as Nougaro, Edith
Piaff, Josephine Baker and many more.

Kyle Eastwood
Early
birds could already see it at the 2004 edition of the Montreux
Jazz Festival: Kyle Eastwood recently moved to London and put
together a new band of first class British musicians that he
performs and records with. Now the follow up album to "From
There to Here" (Sony) named "Paris Blue" (Candid)
has been released in the UK, and the other European territories
will follow with a release in spring 2005. .
He also finished the work on the music for the new movie by his
father, Clint Eastwood, "Million Dollar Baby". Kyle
enjoyed very much this second collaboration with his father after
the success of "Mystic Rivers".
Beady Belle
Beady Belle´s masterminds Marius Reksjo and singer Beate S. Lech
are currently in the studio recording their next album, which
shall be released during March 2005 and which will be supported by
touring from May 2005 onwards.
After the success of "CEWBEAGAPPIC" (Universal) all
their fans are very interested to
find out what tongue breaking album title they will come up with
this time.
